Instead of paying $9.95 or whatever it costs, for fried rice at the local Chinese takeout place, try making it at home. It’s an easy recipe. Fry egg first and then remove it when cooked. Then add frozen peas or whatever vege or meat you have in the fridge. Stir in rice (day old rice is usually better) and chopped scallions if you have it. And then add soy sauce to taste and stir back eggs. That’s it!
