Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin recipe

3 1/2 cup organic flour

1 1/2 tablespoon aluminum free baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon sea salt

6-8  organic bananas

1 1/2 cup organic sugar

2/3 cup organic or non-GMO canola oil

2 teaspoon fair trade vanilla

1 1/2 cup fair trade chocolate

preheat oven to 375 degrees

Think loving thoughts as you sift dry ingredients in one bowl. In another bowl combine wet ingredients as you fill your mind with happy thoughts. Be present in the moment as you mix wet to dry. Incorporating until just combined and being careful not to overmix or let the mind wander from the task at hand. With sweet intention stir in chocolate chips.

Bake 25 minutes.
